5. Delays & Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. For lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 7 days after delivery confirmation.

6. Delivery Confirmation
An order is considered delivered once tracking shows “Delivered.” We are not responsible for loss or damage after confirmed delivery.
